Pre-license course (60 clock hours, WA state required) is available in-house. Proceed at your own pace. We have let you take the state exam until your practice test scores insure your passage. Limited enrolment; call for appointment. 

Post-license classes are live lecture style and taught by the most qualified instructors. Among them, Don Relyea is approved throughout the Pacific Northwest to instruct credit-hour classes. He has over 30 years experience in training real estate agents to succeed.

To become licensed in Washington you must take the 60 clock hour pre-license and pass the state exam. Before your first renewal (2 years after first issuance) you must pass a 30 hour class called Real Estate Practices.
